Addie Kelble

Environmental Educator & AmeriCorp Member

Addie Kelble is a life long Pittsburgh resident who earned her undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies with a Certificate of Sustainability and minors in Studio Arts and French from the University of Pittsburgh. Her passions include land conservation, wetland conservation, and animal advocacy. She completed internships at The Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium and The National Aviary where she worked hands on with many different animals. This included learning about their daily habits and native environments, where she recognized the importance of healthy water systems. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, bird watching, and spending time outside.

Founded in 2009, Three Rivers Waterkeeper serves as both a scientific and legal advocate for our waterways, holding polluters accountable and empowering communities to protect their right to clean water. Our work is grounded in research, policy enforcement, environmental justice, and education.​
