3 Rivers Ambassadors help preserve and restore our local rivers and streams by learning about our waterways and helping steward our waterways. You can become a 3 Rivers Ambassador by participating in at least one event in each of our three main pillars throughout the calendar year.

​Watch ​

Our 3 Rivers Watch events provide hands-on educational training that helps you learn how to spot and report water. These training events take place on or along the water through kayaking, boating, or hiking.

Our Art & Ecology Program seeks to educate and connect people to our waterways through nature-focused art and riparian ecology. Whether you are interested in learning about local plants and animals through art or through on-site identification, these events are for you!

Our 3 Rivers Stewardship events bring the community together to be part of hands-on efforts that improve and restore our waterways, such as riverfront cleanups and riparian restoration efforts.

Whenever you attend a 3 Rivers Ambassador event, you gain a stamp! If you get a stamp in each of the three above pillars, you are now a 3 Rivers Ambassador! Don’t worry, you can keep collecting stamps when you attend more than one event in a pillar!
